Option 1: Email Support

Send us an email at support@lungefit.com with your account email address, and we'll assist you within 24 hours.

Open the LungeFit app and go to Settings → Help & Support to contact us directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Click the "Manage Subscription" button above to access the Stripe portal where you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No! You'll maintain full premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I resubscribe after canceling?

Yes, you can resubscribe anytime through the app. Your workout history and progress will be saved.

How do I update my payment method?

Use the "Manage Subscription" button to access the portal and update your card details.

I can't find my subscription

Make sure you're using the same email address you used to sign up. If you're still having issues, email us at support@lungefit.com.
