📱 Manage Through the App

To manage your subscription, you'll need to use the LungeFit mobile app.

Open the app and tap the "Manage Subscription" button to access our secure Stripe portal.

How to Access Subscription Management:

Step 1: Open the LungeFit app on your phone
Step 2: Go to your Profile or Settings
Step 3: Tap "Manage Subscription"
Step 4: This will open our secure Stripe portal in your browser
What you can do in the Stripe portal:
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Update payment method
  • Download invoices
  • View billing history
  • Change subscription plan

Option 1: Email Support

Send us an email at support@lungefit.com with your account email address, and we'll assist you within 24 hours.

Option 2: App Support

Open the LungeFit app and go to Settings → Help & Support to contact us directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the LungeFit app, go to your profile settings, and tap "Manage Subscription". This will open the Stripe portal where you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Will I lose access immediately after canceling?

No! You'll maintain full premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I resubscribe after canceling?

Yes, you can resubscribe anytime through the app. Your workout history and progress will be saved.

How do I update my payment method?

Use the "Manage Subscription" button in the app to access the Stripe portal and update your card details.

I can't find the "Manage Subscription" button

Make sure you're logged into the same account you used to subscribe. The button should be in your Profile or Settings section. If you still can't find it, email us at support@lungefit.com.

I can't find my subscription in the portal

Make sure you're using the same email address you used to sign up. If you're still having issues, email us at support@lungefit.com.
