Subscription Information
- LungeFit Premium: $19.99/month
- Features: AI assistant, unlimited workouts, full exercise library, advanced pain tracking
- Auto-renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled 24+ hours before renewal
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account
Managing Your Subscription
- Cancel subscription: Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → LungeFit → Cancel
- View billing history: Check your Apple ID purchase history
- Restore purchases: Use "Restore Purchases" in the app if premium features aren't showing
Refunds
- Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
- Request refunds through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com
- No refunds available for partial subscription periods
Frequently Asked Questions
1) I can't sign in
- Use the same email you registered with.
- If you forgot your password, use "Forgot Password" in the app to reset.
- Still stuck? Email support@lungefit.com.
2) My premium features aren't working
- Check that your subscription is active in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Try "Restore Purchases" in the app's Profile → Settings section
- Restart the app completely
- If issues persist, email us at support@lungefit.com
3) I'm hitting the 3 workout limit
- Free accounts are limited to 3 workouts per week
- Upgrade to Premium for unlimited workouts and AI assistance
- Your workout counter resets each Monday
4) Notifications aren't arriving
- Ensure notifications are enabled in device Settings and in-app Notification Settings.
- Confirm Do Not Disturb is off and battery optimization isn't restricting the app.
5) Videos won't play
- Check your network connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
- Update to the latest app version.
6) How do I update my injury details?
- Go to Profile → Edit Rehabilitation Details to adjust injury type, activity level, and equipment.
7) AI Assistant isn't responding
- AI Assistant requires Premium subscription
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Try restarting the app if responses seem slow

Account Deletion
You can delete your account and associated data from inside the app:
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. On iOS you may optionally enter your password to reauthenticate.
If you cannot access the app, email support@lungefit.com from your registered email to request deletion.
Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel your subscription separately through iOS Settings.
